Based on expercience

Synergy with home base five times newly in regards a number of valuable purchases. Each one has been shock. I have had to understand  with staff that decline to lift faulty items into their customer services area, staff that state "I don’t know why you want to review  the product, I can guarantee they are all in perfect working order" after I had gone back to the store for a replacement due to key components being missing in the first box, I have paid for deliveries to be brought to my house by two people only to have one person turn up and say that as there is only him, due to health and safety regulations he is going to leave the product at my door and I will have to carry it up, I have had the phone hung up on me when I have rung to make a complaint and most recently I have had the displeasure of speaking to an entirely patronizing lady named "Emmanuel" offering an explanation as to why I have not been told where my sofa is despite it being 26 days since I ordered it, and being informed they were within their rights not to contact me until the thirty days are up, regardless of the fact that it stated on the website I would have it delivered and installed within 30 days.
To say they have amused this particular customer badly is an understatement!!!
